Like other new executive condominiums bought under construction, Solano Grand follows the standard Progressive Payment Scheme. Payments are staged to the development's construction milestones, so you pay in instalments as the project is built rather than the full sum upfront — easing cash flow and limiting how much of your loan is drawn down early.
The schedule below shows the typical stages and the percentage of the purchase price payable at each. For a buyer financing the purchase, monthly loan repayments rise gradually as more of the loan is disbursed at each milestone.
